Terms

Terms of use.

The rules for using this site. Short, because a company website does not need twenty pages of clauses to say what it is.

Last updated: August 9, 2026

This site presents what Moonxi does. It is not our commercial proposal, and it creates no contract between us.

About this translation

This is an English rendering, provided so an international reader can follow the terms. Moonxi is a Brazilian company and the binding text is the Portuguese one at moonxi.com.br/legal/termos. Where the two differ, the Portuguese governs.

Who operates this site

Operated by

MOONXI LTDA, company registration (CNPJ) 57.732.288/0001-06, Rua Cubatão, 86, suite 1804, São Paulo (SP), postcode 04013-000, Brazil. Contact: contato@moonxi.com.br.

By using moonxi.com.br you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What this site is

A company website. It describes services, case studies and how we work. The timeline, the scope and the price of any piece of work live in a written proposal signed by both sides, and that is the document that counts.

Under review

The exact effect the information on this page has on a negotiation: [ TO BE DEFINED ]. Article 30 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code binds a supplier to advertising information that is sufficiently precise. A generic clause saying nothing here obliges Moonxi does not set that aside on its own, so the final wording is for the lawyers.

Content and trademarks

The text, images, code, layout and visual identity of this site belong to Moonxi and are protected by Brazilian Law 9.610/1998. You may read it, share the link, and quote passages with credit and a link to the source page. Copying the content onto another site, repackaging it as your own material, or using it in commercial material requires written permission.

The trademarks and logos of clients and partners that appear here belong to their owners. They are on the site to identify work that was done, not to suggest Moonxi holds any right over those marks. If you own a mark shown here and want it removed, write to contato@moonxi.com.br and we will take it down.

Acceptable use

Do not try to take the site down, break into it or overload it, do not scrape the content in bulk to republish it, do not use the site for anything illegal, and do not pass yourself off as Moonxi. None of this is a lecture: it is what the law already forbids, written here so nobody can claim surprise.

What you send through the forms

When you fill in a form, you state that the information is true and that you are allowed to send it. Do not send another person's personal data without their knowledge, do not send sensitive personal data, and do not send confidential information about your company or a third party — a conversation about scope does not need it, and what we never receive cannot leak.

What happens to what you send is set out in the privacy notice.

Who this site is for

Adults representing a company. The site is not aimed at children or teenagers, and the forms should not be filled in by anyone under 18.

Links to other sites

The site points to Moonxi profiles on other platforms, such as LinkedIn and Instagram. Once you click through, that platform's rules and privacy policy apply. Moonxi does not control what happens there.

Availability and content

We look after the site, but we do not promise it will stay up without interruption or that it is free of errors. Technical content ages: a case study, a number or a recommendation published here reflects the moment it was written. If something on this site is decisive for a decision of yours, ask us first.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change. When they do, the date at the top changes with them. The version published here is always the one in force.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by Brazilian law, and the elected venue is the district of São Paulo (SP), where Moonxi has its registered office. That applies to a dispute between companies. It does not apply in a consumer relationship: article 101, I of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code gives the consumer the venue of their own domicile, and a clause trying to set that aside does not hold — this one does not try.
